Main features of fine pocket filters:
The fine pocket filters with conical-sewn or ultrasonic welded pockets have high-efficiency filtering capability from coarse dust filtration to fine dust filtration.
Due to the multilayer, progressive construction of the filter material of fine pocket filters, optimum depth filtration is achieved, where the contamination is uniformly distributed throughout the cross section of the filter material.
Therefore, the pressure difference increases more slowly, resulting in a high dust holding capacity and long lasting life. Due to the low pressure difference in operating costs remain low.
Inside of pockets of the fine pocket filters are densely positioned spacers that prevent the pockets are touch with each other.
Thanks to the spacers, a 592x592mm sized pocket filter can made up with 12 pockets such that the inflated pockets are not in contact with each other.
High-efficiency synthetic filter media, progressive design, multi-layered, with pre-filter, impregnated of clean air side.
